The Twisted Turtle of Charlotte provides special Face Paint, Balloon Twisting, and Glitter Tattoo designs tailor made for your large event needs. When it comes to accommodating large groups of guests, speed is key. We want to ensure that every guest has a chance to enjoy each type of entertainment offered before the event ends. To that end, we have streamlined, quick but impressive designs that can all be done in 60 seconds.

Things to consider when booking a large event:
Each artist, with our quickest designs, can accommodate an average of 20 guests per hour which equates to 3 minutes per guest. 3 minutes accounts for the time it takes for each guest to get in the chair and out of the artist’s chair as well as about 90 seconds to paint the design.
If you are expecting a turnout of 200 guests who would like Face Painting, and the event is 2 hours long, you would need 5 artists to accommodate every guest within the time of the event.
BOOK EARLY: If more than 1 artist is required for an event, booking a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event helps ensure that the appropriate number of artists will be available to entertain at your event. Several of our regular clients book up to a year in advance and during the school year many large events happen simultaneously so the earlier you can book, the better.
BOOK EARLIER: Certain times of year are busier than others. October is by far our busiest month. When planning your October event, be sure to inquire about our availability early. Planning your event entertainment several months in advance is never too early.
